Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–5 business days
• Expedited U.S. Shipping: 1–3 business days
• International Shipping: 7–14 business days depending on location

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and select international destinations. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

BambooRest is not responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Delays

We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but delays can occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues. BambooRest is not liable for shipping delays once the package has been handed to the courier.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact our team immediately at support@bamboorest.com. We’ll work with you to make it right.
